What is Clinical Hypnotherapy

Forget any preconceptions you may have about hypnotherapy , it’s simply a state of very deep relaxation , where your sub-conscious mind can listen and then act more clearly and decisively.

You don’t ‘go to sleep’ during the consultation and you won’t be ‘unconscious’, at any time. You’re always in control of your actions, you’ll remember everything that was said during the session and you won’t do anything or say anything against your will. You won’t lose control of your decision making ability, either – we actually give you even more control to make the changes that you want in your life.
